1.Taking fertility hormonal birth control will affect your fertility long-term.

This is one of the most popular out there and it is FALSE! your usual menstrual cycles will typically come back within three months after stopping birth control, no matter how long you are on it, of course this completly changes when refering to the birth control shot which can block ovulation close to 18 months.
2. Your AMH is what has the last word

Although we make a great deal about your AMH (check our other entrys) is not all set in stone, of course your AMH is one of the most important things concerning your fertility but unless the AMH is very low or very high, it won’t tell you much about your near-future chances of conception, to learn more about why the AMH is important (and why it does not predict your future conception) check out this entry.
3. Plan B can cause future infertility

Just like with birth control there’s myths and myths around emergency contraceptives however plan B DOES NOT impact fertility. Plan B is simply a really high dose of the hormones many birth control pills contain.
4. Using fresh or frozen sperm matters a lot for success with IUI or IVF

It does not matter! and it does not mean success or failure, fresh or frozen sperm is fine for any of this fertility treatments as long as the “sperm parameters” are normal.
5. Eating Pineapple core after ovulation helps with implantation

This have no scientific evidence at all, there is nothing that proves that this helps, if you are a fan of Pineapple knock yourself out! however this is not a factor for conceiving.
